Build,manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships with consumer in order toachieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.

Implement e-commerce strategy for a brand in the Luxurydivision, based on commercial target and consumer journey perspective, whiledelivering in accordance to Luxury brand equity

Drive sales performance and monitor sell in, sell out, and SIT

Plan and integrate consumer journey from pre-purchase media,purchase stage on site and post purchase CRM to ensure the luxury brandexperience and consumer experience of the brand

Create and maintain website content

Create and implement animation plans and offers for thee-business

Recommend and implement e-Business optimization

Day-to-day management on e-commerce store operation andimplementation

Monitor online customer feedbacks and provide improvements

Responsible to work with agencies and brand team to drivequality traffic and conversion

Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with internalstakeholders and external agencies to drive e-commerce growth

Develop and implement e-commerce projects for the division

Provide online competitive intelligence, latest e-commerce trendand benchmarking, identify opportunities for business growth and implementaction plans
