RolePurpose :

  • Support product line management of AutoInterior 3D program and large parts business that includes productoffering, pricing strategy, placement planning and promotion;
  • serveas a key interface with commercial, finance, manufacturing, qualityand engineering organizations for day to dayoperations.

    Day to DayResponsibilities :

  • Articulate 3D and large partsvalue propositions, product attributes, specifications, basis ofcompetition and product trajectory;
  • become expert on downstream useof our products and support sales team to win

  • Support the management of Automotive 3D / Large Parts platformopportunity, identification of critical supply chain to deliver,and channel strategy to win
  • Provide andmaintain necessary sales tools such as positioning statement, valueproposition presentation, and product offering to customer-
  • facingorganizations to ensure effective deployment of product linestrategies

  • Collect voice of customer andapplication engineer feedback regarding product attributes andsystem design requirement
  • Support thedevelopment of 3D and Large parts product line plans, Green Book(5-year plan) and Black Book (Budget)
  • Interpretcustomer needs and provide key input for capacity planning throughforecasting and demand management process
  • Workwith EIG Industry Intelligence, commercial and technicalorganizations to understand market trends, technologies andcompetitive products
  • Support the development ofpricing strategy
  • Work with sales to segmentcustomer base, prioritize customer interaction at the productlevel
  • Work with marketing communications tosupport development of external communications, including productcollateral, tradeshows, conferences, press releases, publicrelations, web communications and social media asappropriate
  • Lead / support commercial processimprovement around sample prioritization, forecasting, reportingand execution on plans
  • Provide input to glassallocation decision and demand managementdecision
  • Lead / support key division programsand / or projects
  • RequiredExperience :

  • 5+ years workingexperience
  • 3+ years of business experience inhigh-tech, display technology related, consumer electronics orAutomotive industry
  • Experience in a commercialor strategyfunction
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or science; MBA orequivalentpreferred
  • Requiredskills :

  • Strong business acumen and analyticalskills, able to turn quantitative analysis into meaningful businessinsights
  • Knowledge of marketing, businessanalysis and commercial operations
  • Demonstratedability to interface and team with people across functional andgeographic boundaries
  • Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage businessrelationships using combination of data driven analysis, strategicthinking, networking and strong interpersonalskills
  • Ability to work independently,efficiently and effectively in a fast paced workingenvironment
  • Ability to handle stressfulenvironment and multi-task
  • Well organized,process oriented, has systematic approach to problemsolving
  • Fluent in English, ability tocommunicate by e-mail and phone as communication will be acrosscountries and cultures
