Full ownership of P&L and report directly to CEO .
Manage a dynamic Sales team with 25 Sales and need to double headcounts to enlarge business scale.
Establish department structure to facilitate organic growth of headcounts .
Optimise current process and SOP to increase efficiency of Sales pipeline .
Responsible for commercial strategy definition.
The Successful Applicant
With 5-8 years solid experience in people management , especially with successful experience as outside manager.
Solid leadership with proven track record in managing a dynamic Sales team .
Hands-on experience of re-structuring Sales team.
Excellent skills of partnership management and strong network capability.
Extensive business acumen with strong result orientation.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
