Job Description :

  • Develop customer service audit operations and implement them.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and provide risk assessments.
  • Perform routine customer service audits and implement improvement plans in real time to achieve operational metrics.
  • Prepare an audit report and propose an improvement action plan to improve service quality.
  • Review process execution, effectiveness and recommendations to optimize the customer experience.
  • Requirements :

  • Customer service audit experience with e-commerce, online shopping or retail wholesalers is a priority
  • Speaking clearly, logical, and willing to accept challenges
  • Excellent report analysis (excel) and presentation skills
