You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google.

You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

As a Senior Recruiting Lead, Tech, your team will support hiring a group of roles, such as Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, User Experience, and Technical Solutions Consultant.

Through strong communication skills, you will tell rich, meaningful stories and influence decisions using data insights.

You will also develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers, and key leaders to drive results for your team, the department, and clients.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Recruiters to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals. Deliver results efficiently while effectively communicating all critical dimensions of staffing vision, status, and business plans with the leadership team.
  • Manage and influence business partner relationships with a variety of teams to ensure that overall staffing objectives are met.
  • Develop robust and inclusive pipeline strategies and create Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in order to continue to grow our company.
  • Uncover root cause of any issue and design and quickly implement solutions that span across multiple disciplines.
  • Create and implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and client management culture.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant work experience in sourcing, recruiting, HR, or a related area.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, with the ability to grasp new technologies.
  • Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions and to synthesize staffing metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisions.
  • Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.
  • Executive presence; ability to provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
