HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will serve as an the country HR Lead and Advisor to functional leaders and the management team under Taiwan.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage all human resource deliverables, processes and procedures for the respective countries.

He / She will also lead compliance training / investigation, change management, talent management, succession planning, employee / labor relations, work time regulation, and workforce planning / contract management. Essential Function

  • Serve as a credible / HR Lead / Advisor to functional leaders in delivering HR services in the various countries of coverage
  • Provide tactical HR support to line managers to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Assist with the implementation of HR programs and projects to ensure an efficient and effective organization, including on-
  • boarding and off-boarding, change management, and HR compliance

  • Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Deal with employee queries relating to pay disputes, benefits, work related issues, etc.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and integrity by being an advocate for FieldCore The Spirit & The Letter Integrity Policy
  • Implement new processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to screen candidates and conduct interviews in order to hire the best personnel for each position
  • Partner with HR functional teams to implement and administer global / region programs in the region
  • Lead investigations and work with FC counsel(s) to represent the company in relevant legal matters relative to employee relations, disciplinary, civil suits resulting from claims such as discrimination, harassment, and wrongful terminations as applicable
  • Support region HRBPs with analysis and maintenance of HR system, work-time regulations, local statutory programs, etc
  • Support and coach managers on employees performance issues
  • Assist with employee communications regarding HR programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role demonstrating experience in named areas, specifically- Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management and Recruiting / Staffing for multiple countries
  • HR certification strongly preferred
  • HR experience in construction / maintenance variable manpower preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is preferred
