As a custodian of designated brands, Brand Managers is accountable for business delivery and taking the lead in innovation and brand activation.
He / she is the brand owner who’s responsible for understanding category and consumer insights, developing marketing campaigns to grow brand penetration and out-perform competitors.
P&L management :
o Accountable for tasked P&L and well manage A&P.
Consumer learning / Market intelligence :
o Perform necessary analysis regarding category trends, competition dynamics, brand consumption and relevant financial reporting on product sales and prepare reports on timely basis.
o Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive marketing initiatives.
Brand Plan & Execution :
o Lead the development of brand growth plans with clear growth objectives and building blocks to get alignment with cross function teams.
o Collaborate with trade / expert marketing and sales team for well-rounded brand plan execution
o Lead agencies to brainstorm and test innovative ideas and execute marketing campaigns based on brand growth plans.
o Set brand activation calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
o Explore / identify business opportunities for LOC innovation vision board. Work with line manager and influence global / area MKT to bring live the innovation.
o Lead the internal & external meetings / reviews for designated brands
o Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company.
Knowledge / Education Required
o Minimum Level of Education : Bachelor’s Degree required. Business or marketing related course is a plus.
o Min. 2 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods
