JR1994 Photo Director of HVM
As a Photo Director of HVM, you are a member of the senior management team and will lead and manage a PHOTO team of equipment as well as process engineers to oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment;
and drive cost, Max Outs (MXT), yield and quality improvements. The activities include both driving the technical and business development effort in the area of responsibility.
Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems and process issues that affect the manufacturing process, and provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
Responsibilities and Tasks :
Lead PHOTO team to define alignment of projects and programs to achieve goals for Quality, Cost, and MXT.
Develop project plans and associated communications material / plan.
Improve area processes and equipment to drive FAB 11’s achievement of Quality, Cost, yield and MXT goals.
Work closely with Fab 11 teams to improve the Fab processes and equipment to meet the Cost, Quality, yield and MXT goals.
Build strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders all module / division engineering teams.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to align on best practices and develop actions that sustain benchmark results.
Monitor team's implementation of continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans : SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and / or BKMs.
Guide and coach team with training resources available and provide guidance on process & equipment related programs, systems, and processes.
Responsible for creating and driving a performance plan for each employee with a formal annual review.
Meet regularly with each employee to work on clarifying expectations, developmental plans / execution.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members.
Provide recognition for progress and project / program member contributions.
Complete all required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with Micron’s safety policies.
