You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data.

Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

As a People Partner, you will solve intricate organizational challenges through people-related solutions across the region.

As an important part of the Leadership team, you'll understand every aspect of the business and act as a thought leader regarding people and organizational topics.

You will partner with leaders across the region to create the full people strategy, and help design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize talent.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.


  • Consult with the Google Technical Infrastructure Leadership team to create a comprehensive people strategy to support the business and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership, and play an important role in enhancing their leadership effectiveness.

  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Ensure that the organization is structured in a way that helps achieve business objectives. Manage talent effectively and enable business leaders to develop an effective leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with various teams to provide support, programs, and developmental offerings.
  • Communicate on regional and global priorities / activities, and serve as a consultant for regional changes.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of HR business partner experience.
  • Experience in project management and operations.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in HR and / or consulting or legal. Experience with strategic change management / organizational design.
  • Knowledge of strategy and execution.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Ability to meet goals while being part of intricate strategy discussions.
  • Excellent consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
