Job Summary This individual will assist PDM in assigned territory to execute revenue generating events by working with customers closely.
He / she will help to drive the awareness and interest from consumers. He / She will help to follow up with new providers for Why Invisalign or other events to convert the customer interest to real actions.
Job Description Organize the open day by working with PDM and customers to promote Invisalign and generate revenue o Closely working with sales and customers to understand the need o In charge of the event agenda / rundown by getting alignment with customers o Coordinate all the logistic / marketing materials by working with external resources or internal marketing, clinical support and sales team.
o Be the main contact person to be In charge for the open day on the event day o Help to consolidate all the questions and follow up with customers afterwards and try to convert the interest consumers to real patients.
Assist on the staff training if need o Stand in a supporting role for staff training for agenda design o Provide valuable input on staff training courses o Assist on the training delivery if necessary Answer the consumers enquiries from current existing promotion channel, such as Line (this should pass the digital marketer) Follow up with new providers after Why Invisalign events to get new customers’ engagement o Coordinate with the sales team for new providers events o Assist the PDM to understand the needs from the customers and also provide relevant support with direct supervisor’s instruction Requirements Quick learner, flexible, and creative Be able to demonstrate the basic knowledge to the customers or consumers Results-oriented with strong follow up ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences.
Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types Strong execution in a high performing team Education Background as dental therapist / hygienist and acquired valuable knowledge of the industry and its products is a must Orthodontic background is a plus BS or BA or equivalent experience.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English Event coordination experience & knowledge is required. #LI-AL1
