This is an internship program under Talent Acquisition CoE to support talent attraction strategy by sourcing and identifying right talents.
Provide coordination and paper work support to local recruiters.
Provide sourcing support on all level positions assigned, leverage social media and technology to identify potential talent.
Deliver exceptional candidate slates and partner with recruiting consultant to close the jobs with committed KPIs.
Maintain communication with candidate networks and ensuring continuous interaction with talent pipeline.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that recruiting policy and practices are executed for the assigned jobs / tasks.
Qualifications / Requirements
Undergraduate or under postgraduate, major in HR or Engineering will be preferred.
Highly proficient and technically savvy, particularly with the use of internet searches, market research and the use of social media (i.e. LinkedIn etc.).
Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner, logic thinker, and result driven, passionate for human resource management.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
