Support business development and function teams in defining, implementing, monitoring and improving qualification requirements by providing quality tools and best practices that drive continuous improvements towards Total Quality Vision.
Perform risk assessments using reliability acceleration models and statistical failure rate models to define qualification strategy for changes and NPI / NTI projects.
Lead problem solving team to resolve customer experienced problems and NXP manufacturing quality issues.
Assist business line and quality system team to govern customer audit / visit in compliance with industrial standard, customer specific requirements, corporate quality procedure.
Manage quality performance reviews between NXP and customers, NXP and suppliers.
Conduct SWOT analysis for decision making.
