Program Manager(170285)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead account / program core team to drive on time launch from design to production
  • Accountable for customer platform success and generation to generation improvements
  • Lead internal and customer engineering operational reviews and project manage any follow-up or outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates and reviews to key internal stakeholders
  • Understand customer product and technologies roadmap as well as customer needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement into approved engineering support process and procedures
  • Requirements

  • BA or above in Engineering (EE, Computer Science)
  • Semiconductor industry experience, and program management experience in high tech industry.
  • Good communication, presentation and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
  • Time management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in horizontal leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements.
  • Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment and ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results.
  • Ability to up level status or asks to executive management.
  • Team player with passion to dig in and to do whatever it takes for business success.
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
