Job Description

1. Create Demand for Business to Meet Profit and Sales Growth Targets.

2. Actively pursue acquisition of new business in the targeted Food and Healthcare segments.

3. Utilizes end user marketing insights and prospects with new outlook and trends to generate opportunities.

4. Ensure collaboration and alignment with key accounts / distributors on strategy and execution.

5. Engages targeted end user customers with all levels of customers’ organization in regular contact to understand their business needs, and identify buying behavior , preference, business dynamics challenges, and value drivers in order to best position current and new products and solutions.

6. Collaborate with segment marketers within the cluster and region in the periodical segment audit and gathering of customer insights.

7. Work with the internal teams to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.

8. Use salesforce to update and monitor sales opportunity pipeline.

Additional qualifications :
