Strategy

  • Assist in driving local Futuremakers committee, ensure effectiveness of sub committees and programmes under the sub committees are in-line with group agenda and country priorities
  • Develop, implement and execute sustainability programmes and communication initiatives to effectively promote the Bank’s image.
  • Fundraising, Sponsorship & Donation : Help to build country strategy for sponsorships and donation and implement by working each functions;
  • give advice on local initiated sponsorship to ensure best brand exposure obtained in accordance with Group agenda, Work with business heads to establish engagement of stakeholder / client.

    Regulatory & Business conduct

  • To engage internal and external stakeholders, including government and community leaders, NGOs, and corporate entities to deliver the Bank’s sustainability agenda and profile
  • Provide sub-committee coordinators with the right tools and guide them to deliver Sustainability agenda of SCB.
  • Keep updated on current best practices liaising with local NGOs and key stakeholders to ensure that the sustainability issues remain relevant to the communities.
  • Processes

  • Work with Group, and business functions to align the sustainability agenda with business goals
  • Work with other CABM functions to ensure the sustainability agenda and achievements are communicated internally and externally
  • Other Responsibilities

  • All mandatory e-learning courses must be completed before due date, any overdue would be reviewed in P3.
