Technical Account Manager

Position Description :

1. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a subject matter expert for theassigned industry and is the key interface among the Regional sales team,telco operator and Product Business Unit for the assigned industry.

2. The TAM will coordinate all necessary resources to smooth productqualification process and ensure each sales team achieve targets bysuccessfully executing the agreed upon business plan.

3. The TAM will clearly understand customers need and deliver qualifiedproduct with required certification to promote Lenovo’s mobile gaming solutionand strengthen customer relationships.

Position Requirements :

1. Familiar with telco eco-system and mobile phone industry

2. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent customer focus with strong project management and escalationmanagement skills.

4. Autonomous learner with high motivation to independently drive theassigned tasks

5. High ability to manage difficult customer issues or escalation

6. Professional presentation skills
