About the role

Roku is continuing the rapid growth across the region with two critical business drivers

  • opening new markets in different countries
  • establishing new entities in the pursuit of scarce technical talent
  • As a proven Principal level HR Business Partner with regional experience, you will know what is expected in the role.

  • The strategic expertise to develop agile People Plans
  • The confidence to test your strategic thinking in a fast evolving and challenging environment.
  • The maturity and boldness to challenge decisions to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved.
  • The humility along with the appetite to always be learning.
  • The boldness to challenge decisions and not to accept the status quo.
  • The proven experience as a HR Leader or a Principal HRBP within a fast growing international organization involving multiple jurisdictions across the region.
  • A broad understanding of employment laws and practices across the Asia Pacific region to shape the policies and frameworks which you’ll build.
  • A genuine understanding of what is required for true data driven decision making
  • A thorough understanding of reward strategy for the different jurisdictions.
