1. Operate and optimize digital eco-systems and digital initiatives.
2. Collect insights from user behaviour and shape customer experience strategy.
3. Help customer experience manager to establish and enhance digital capability of Roche Taiwan.
4. Raise the CX and digital IQ / maturity of Roche Taiwan and assess current capabilities
5. Drives sharing of best practice & lessons learned
6. Identify and work with outstanding digital agencies and partners to propose new business models and drive excellence and execution
Education / Qualifications :
Minimum : University degree or above. (preferably in marketing, business, communication)
Strongly desired : FMCG or retail experience
