The incumbent is the main point of contact for the customer base in Taiwan and will be responsible for building and expanding an active customer base in the assigned territory and accounts, developing new business opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
Drive opportunity pipeline growth from allocated region andaccounts
Deliver on budget and performanceincluding forecasting, order intake and revenue.
Create account strategies together with global team to increaseparticipation in customers’ business.
Establish and buildrelationships across targeted customer to build internal advocacy for Emerson.
Conduct negotiationsat all levels and across the customers’ organizations.
Deliver customersatisfaction, support, quality and ease of doing business.
Establish anddevelop strong relationships with service providers, shipyards, terminaloperators, consultants and other connected industries in the market
Track marketpositioning and competitive intelligence of shipping lines, terminal operatorsand competitors in the market
Be the eyes of theorganization in understanding our customers’ business and needs, working withproduct management and other departments to improve our solutions accordingly
Bachelor of Electronics, Marine, Business Administration orrelated disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of international sales experience intechnical solutions.
Demonstrable interest in telematics and technology.
Experience from the refrigeration, telematics ormarine industry is an advantage.
Abilityto understand multiple stakeholders and viewpoints.
Excellentpresentation skills and ability to represent the company.
Skilledcommunicator at all levels and in all mediums (spoken, written, face-to-face,remote).
Goodability to cooperate across organization levels and cultural differences withexternal and internal partners.
