The Product Manager for TAIWAN is responsible for all marketing aspects of a specific product portfolio and associated Company image.
The PM works seamlessly across all business functions to assimilate a complete market understanding and vision of the products under his / her responsibility so as to be able to build effective brand strategy that will optimize Sanofi’s market position.
In-depth knowledge of the market, stakeholders, trends and dynamics is required for effective construction and execution of brand plans.
Brand plans are the responsibility of the PM to ensure that financial targets sales, margins, profit and qualitative targets performance indicators, growth and share objectives are achieved.
Targets are determined in the annual budget and multiyear financial planning process.
forecasting A&P spend and accurate execution.
As a core function of the business, the PM collaborates closely with the Sales team to set targets and define field activity in day to day operations, as well as with all the other functions to build a sustainable and profitable business over the long term.
