Operations Manager (Taiwan)
The British Council Taiwan is looking to hire an Operation Manager. This role is to ensure exams operations are delivered to achieve business targets, quality and compliance standards of British Council as well as exam boards and customer service excellence.
This role will be overseeing the functions of Test Day Delivery and Customer Experience to ensure smooth operations, taking charge of the management and selection of suitable venues.
You will also lead actions to ensure appropriate standards are maintained for distribution of exams related material (paper logistics / distribution / Confidential Materials Room).
You will be planning and executes staff scheduling while providing timely escalation of issues, enabling the adaptation of work plans where necessary.
To qualify for this role, you will be require to have at least English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent), preferably with a degree or higher qualifications in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
You will also need to have experience in project management while meeting deadlines.
