Check and analyse financial information and prepare more required financial reports and accounting statements.
Support daily front-desk tax invoice issue and collection, and be the deputy of front-desk clerk. *Support manager for signed contract archiveing.
Handle the monthly required account reconciliation statement, such as expense related to income tax declaration (such as rental, professional service charge or other income related ), Salary expense reconciliation( such as payroll / retirement / bonus) etc. *Ad-hoc assignment.
Computer literate. Fluently in MS Office and ERP system.*Sense of urgency, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good command of English.*Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance related field.*Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, work experience in shipping or freight forwarding industry is a plus.
