What you'll be doing

Partner with Hardware and Software teams to define and implement manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.

Setup, support and handle tester platforms in internal labs and 3rd party test sites. Plan and drive hardware and software upgrades at all sites.

Drive failure analysis of tester and components. Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair and fix the failure Pareto

Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report and material management

Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

Regular report tester status and recommend improvements to management

Build expertise on test platform of server products

What we need to see :

Proven experience with post silicon validation in Board or System products.

BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system

Experience in production test setup including failure analysis, problem solving and ECOs

Experience designing, qualifying and upgrading test fixtures / testers

Experience with system test development : hardware and software

Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems

Understanding of communication protocols : PCIE, I2C, OSFP

Knowledge of mechanical and thermal tolerancing

Excellent interpersonal skills
