Work with the various lines of business and support functions to provide strategic human resource consultation
identify, interpret, evaluate and apply global HR policies and practices to support business goals.
1. Strong HR experience in HR specialists in following domains, OD and training, staffing, recruiting and C&B, a minimum of 5 years in HR is must.
2. Proficient in English speaking and writing.
3. Proficient in Excel for volume data analysis and Word, PowerPoint capabilities.
4. Ability to partner with colleagues and subject matter experts working in a multi-location team environment.
