As an IT Software Engineer in Application Technology team, you will be part of a project team utilizing Agile / Scrum methodologies to help configure, develop, maintain and support Micron workflow tool and third-

party applications in a simple to complex scale design build that using Microsoft stack with workflow. The role is expected to work with the Boise team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business needs to understand the problem
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet customer's expectations
  • Analyze the software solution options
  • Create documentation (technical specifications, test plans, deployment plans, etc.).
  • Enhance our existing development based third-party workflow engineer, OO design, Unit Testing Frameworks, MS SQL Server
  • Contributing to architecture and design of product features and capabilities
  • Experience with Agile development practices and Scrum methodology
  • Responsible for the maintenance of existing workflow / applications
  • Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow the established software development life cycle
  • Follow established coding standards and naming conventions
  • Support applications using software development methodologies including structured programming, documentation, design and code review
  • Working experience with Source Control Management tools such as; Team Foundation Server (TFS), GIT
  • Required Technical Experience :

  • 3+ years’ experience in development tools and platforms
  • Experience and strong knowledge of development and consumption of REST API
  • Experience in MS SQL server writing stored procedures and creating relational databases
  • Experience in Front-end framework
  • Experience in UX framework and form design
  • Good English Language Skill
  • Desired Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience leading the development team
  • Experience with Agile development practices and Scrum methodology
  • Workflow development experience is a plus
  • ASP.NET using MVC and Entity Framework is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and TFS / GIT is a plus
  • Development with an emphasis on test-driven design is a plus
  • Continuous integration / continuous deployment is a plus
