Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor product reliability tests, including ELFR, HTOL, ESD, Latch-
up, package level preconditioning, unbiased HAST or Autoclave, biased HAST or THB, Temperature Cycling, Power Temperature Cycling, HTS, etc.
and statistical analysis (such as Weibull).
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DOE, FMEA, ISO 9000, ISO 26262, ADAS, etc. - Experience of wafer process, PCB, package assembly, test, solder joint / board level reliability Education Requirements Required : Bachelors or Masters, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent
