The ConstructionSuperintendent (CS) will focus on project development, management andoversight of set project(s) and staff in Taiwan.
The CS will lead and direct technical and administrative project teamsboth onsite and offsite, including CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Duties andResponsibilities :
Responsiblefor meeting all technical, and contractual requirements of the procurement,delivery, installation, configuration, testing, operating, and turnover of building systems including all utilities, security equipment,all furnishings and fixtures.

Execute and monitor projectactivities.
Manage changes to scope, cost andschedule of project work
Relay pertinent information to COR.
Coordinate priorities and resourcesbetween multiple projects.
Prepare and update project plansand status reports.
Allocate appropriate resources toensure projects are completed within given time and budget.
Participate in project performancereview meetings and discussions.
Responsiblefor the supervision, technical guidance, effective utilization, anddeliverables completed by staff
Maintaina quality control program in accordance with the contract’s Quality ControlPlan, assuring system installation and testing meet requirements
Createand submit progress reports that address the status of activities for variousaspects of the contract
Submitweekly reports to the Client’s representative(s)
Responsiblefor the installation, testing and verification of all facility systems
Verifynetwork proficiency, manage equipment warranty program, operate / maintainfacility’s equipment and control systems, respond to service requests
Developwork plans to coincide with concurrent (by others) building constructionschedule
Coordinateall activities with Taiwan Air Force, USAF representative, the CO and COR, andother entities associated with the buildings and planned works
Actwith full authority on all contract matters relating to daily operations
Otherduties as assigned
To perform this job successfully,an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering orprogram / project management preferred
10+ years’ experience in engineering,construction, program management or related field
Experience in Secure FacilityCertification
Experience working with translatorsand foreign nationals
Final Secret Clearance required; nodual citizenship
Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities :
Abilityto travel CONUS and OCONUS
Abilityto reside / work at OCONUS locations 100% of the time
Knowledgeof Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Mustbe able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
Knowledgeof Microsoft Project desired
OCONUStravel work experience preferred
Knowledgeof computer - based facilities management software desired
