What you’ll be doing :
You will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders across the company to develop recruiting strategies in Taiwan that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team.
You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results.
Provide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
Own the candidate recruiting life cycle.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, campus recruitment and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
Report on recruitment activities.
What we need to see :
7+ years in-house recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in sales / marketing, engineering and other non-engineering functions.
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners.
Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients.
Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and team.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Good command of written and oral English.
Ways to stand out from the crowd :
Familiar with local recruiting channels and talent market in Taiwan.
Workday ATS experience a plus.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
