Sales Force Management

  • Working closely with the Taiwan sales organization, the individual will manage functions essential to sales force productivity.
  • This includes managing the customer service and administration team.
  • Provide support in panning and reporting, performance analytics and business insights, target setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, project management, contract management, pricing and order management.
  • Administration

  • Be responsible for providing all-functional administrative support to the managers and employees, organize and coordinate office operations and procedures in the office and work to provide a productive and lively work environment.
  • Close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization is an efficient operation.
  • Customer Experience Management.
  • Develop appropriate operational metrics and dashboards, including NPS to oversee company’s performance, process improvement.
  • Support marketing and clinical team in company events.

  • Oversee effective functioning of all distribution, transportation, customer service, business service activities including facilities.
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the customer service, distribution, transportation and delivery strategy.
  • Develop strategies, business models, and plans designed to optimize customer satisfaction and financial results.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the growth of accounts
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with customers to identify opportunities whilst offering customers a full array of value added services.
  • Requirement

  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in a combination of strategy, business operations in health care industry
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role that has consistently achieved measurable results and business impact as a result of intelligence analysis and related work product
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Business level English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • With high energy and passion personality
  • Experience managing a rapid growing sales organization across multiple disciplines
  • Ability to build data-driven business cases
  • Exceeds at building / maintaining relationships across disciplines internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate multiple projects simultaneously delivering all at a high-level under tight timeline constraints
