Responsible for ensuring stable, controlled migration of hardware, software and networking changes into the production environment.

Ensures Operations achieves Ready to Ship Release and transactions intoproduction / sustaining.
Utilizes Phase Gate Process to transition products from definition through to the sustainingphase.
Drives action plans and strategies to reduce overall manufacturing transformation cost.
Drives quality improvements by risk assessment / mitigation eliminating sources of defects inthe design, supplier, new product introduction and manufacturing processes.
Drives continuous improvement in Phase Gate Process, product manufacturability andflexibility, and operations cycle time and quality.

Various engineering discipline and development / manufacturing process knowledge.

Education & Experience :
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor above degree in engineering fields
