As an IT Web team leader at MicronTechnology, you will be a technology leader in the Web team, yourteam will be responsible for Web Hosting, Single-

Sign-On, JobScheduling, Workflow and the other services. You need to have goodtechnical background and English communication skill to be a bridgebetween Customer and our teams.

You need to ensure that our webenvironment follow all Micron policy and IT standard includingSecurity, Performance, Service Level Agreement,etc.

Responsibilitiesand Tasks

  • Set goals for team membersand ensure execution, in line with Micron IT's biggoals
  • Create and review system documentation,testing, training, and post-deploymentassessments.
  • Coordinateplanned downtime and software installs of assignedservers.
  • Coordinate yourteam to provide 24x7 on-call technical support and expertise forcustomer issues
  • Evaluateand test new software for compatibility with the webenvironment.
  • Propose and implement systemenhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve theperformance and reliability of thesystem.
  • Adhere to Micron’ssecurity policies for all managedservices.
  • Communicate andcollaborate with peer groups (enterprise architects, security team,network team, etc.).
  • Education &Experience

  • Bachelor / Master's degreein computer science or related field ofstudy.
  • Overall 8+ years’ of SystemAdministration experience.
  • Strong Englishcommunication skill.
  • Good knowledge ofTCPIP / Client-Server architecture / Web Sessions / Cookies / Cachingmechanism.
  • 3+ years’ experience with WindowsServer / IIS / AD / ACL management and troubleshooting.
  • 1+ years’ experience with PowerShell,Power DSC
  • 1+ years’ experience of LAMP solutionmanagement and troubleshooting is aplus.
  • Demonstrated experience introubleshooting and maintaining server systems relatedissues
  • Disaster recovery documentreviews.
  • Solid understanding and experience insystem / network security.
  • Good knowledge forITIL / ITSM service model.
