We are now looking for a in our HsinChiu Office.
What you will be doing :
You will act as a link between our master scheduling team and our key chip subcontractors to ensure the daily and weekly production schedule get executed as planned.
You will be planning's person in charge to communicate between different internal departments and our external partners.
You will help fine tune the product combination to craft an optimized production schedule. In addition, you will also help setup rules for lot merging work orders release, and inventory control.
You will monitor the subcontractors weekly performance on on-time shipment and cycle time hit the defined targets. You will analyze the weekly performance data and prepare an executive summary.
You will host a weekly meeting with the operations team senior management and go through the overall health of our subcontractors performance.
You will give our leaders proposals on how to remove road blocks and resolve issues by formulating the corrective action plan.
You will work with the program managers & engineers on how to best let the factories successfully carry out complex engineering experiments and fulfill engineering unit demand.

What we need to see from you :
5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor planning field
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor Planning.
Good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, organizational, and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, Windchill, and E2Open.
Language : Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Personality : highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
