Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective merchants for the SHOPLINE Cross Border Solution while creating a clear value proposition of selling globally through SHOPLINE, along with the features, service and functionality.
Build and develop sales pipeline, and convert leads to happy customers through professional advise, good communication and with a positive and helpful attitude.
Improve and optimize the prospecting and closing process with the team.
Develop a thorough understanding of the cross border e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
Participate & responsible for public speaking in regular offline events i.e seminars and workshops to demonstrate our product to potential merchants.
Collaborate and work with team to meet individual monthly and team quarterly sales target.
ã€ Who We Are Looking Forã€
University degree required
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
5+ years of related industries, solution sales experience is a plus
Self-motivated and drive to achieve sales goals
Organised and strong time management skills
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Adapt to CRM tools ie. Salesforce and Intercom
