A fantastic opportunity is available for an eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our eCommerce team .
This role is a multi-branded function which will work on the coordination, planning and execution of online sales & marketing strategic initiatives and project management for site / APP roll-
outs, special projects.
Formulate and implement e-commerce strategy to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvement in the customer experience.
Manage and partner with eWholesaler / eDB to execute 5P in RB online stores in Pureplay, Marketplace, D2C and B&C.
Collaboration with customer marketing team to deliver capabilities that maximize digital marketing campaigns, and the integration of social, mobile and alternative cross-
channel retail features that expand new customers and retain existing customers.
Drive engagement of the website across the broader organisation while collaborating within departments to support business strategies via web.
Work with teams to optimize and win-big in mobile.
