This role will require you to perform the below responsibilities
1. Head of Operations
Leading an Operations team of 6 FTE processing equities, securities borrow and lending and Listed Derivatives.
Build relationships with numerous business partners including trading, compliance, risk, tax, finance, human resources and IT on operational issues.
Meet and maintain key risk and performance indicators for operations processes.
Manage and maintain strong controls over operational activities
Maintain compliance with all regulatory rules and reporting and CS policies and guidelines
Manage client issues and queries
Deliver efficiency, increased control and cost reduction through driving operational change.
Develop and train staff, ensuring cross training and required coverage for all roles and services.
Contribute to new business initiatives
2) Senior Control Officer
Act as the senior Credit Suisse (CS) support and control official in Taiwan across the Business and Corporate Functions.

You have over 15 years’ experience in a similar Taiwan Operations role.
You possess strong client engagement and conflict resolution skills
Strong English language and written skills as you will be required to liaise with English speaking clients
You have effective and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative work approach and management style
You have the ability to build and engage staff and build trust as well as set targets and deliver against objectives
Personal energy and passion to deliver best in class services
Proven experience in managing a team
You have thorough knowledge of local regulations
Knowledge of bank policies and guidelines
High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
