MTK's Power management team designs power management integrated circuits (PMICs) and power management units (PMUs) for a variety of smart phones, IOT, automotive, and ASIC products.
1. DC-DC converters,
2. Low drop out linear voltage regulators (LDOs),
3. Switching regulators
Requirement 1. Experience with Cadence IC design tools.
2. Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters (DMMs) and e-load.
3. Switching regulator design experience.
4. LDO design experience
5. Device physics, device reliability analysis
