Job Scope :
To accelerate Advantech’s WISE-PaaS AIoT Platform and Solution business, we are expanding and looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director.
This key position will lead the charge to facilitate industrial customers’ digital transformation with AI and IoT in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, and will create huge win-win business value for both industrial customers and Advantech going forward.
The main responsibilities are as follow :
1.Create strategic sales plans and successful execution for WISE-PaaS AIoT Platform Services and Solutions by insightfully setting challenging annual quotas in targeted markets.
2.Building balanced sales pipeline with strong growth momentum.
3.Building and leading effective AIoT solutions sales force including BDM’s and CSM’s.
4.Building effective go-to-market ecosystems by bringing in committed and productive DFSI’s and IoT-CSP’s.
5.Create strong relationships with internal and external key client and stakeholders.
6.Implement effective WISE-PaaS marketing plans.
1.5-10 years of sales / marketing position
2.Solid experience in cloud platform or industrial AIoT solutions selling is preferred.
3.Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
4.Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
5.Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
6.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive levels and cross-functional teams
7.Can-do, constructive, and resilient attitude with an open mind.
