Achieve annual W / S sales target both quantitative and qualitative by planning and executing distribution strategy.
Prepare in agreement with relevant people in the Brand HQ Sales, Marketing and communication plans for the different channels (wholesale, franchising, travel retail).
Plan and coordinate marketing activities with Marketing Dept. to improve brand positioning and market share, also to enhance dealer shops quality display and merchandising.
Providing regular coaching and training to wholesale sales to build motivation and product knowledge.
Overview inventory and ordering by right product assortment to enhance sell-out turnover. Monitor ordering status and safety stock level for W / S POS within brand standard and HQ policy.
Proper and productive market visit with sufficient support to dealers. Liaise with dealers to build and maintain good relationship.
Consolidate brand warranty cases, new defective products to going procedure, reports and improvement plan
Collect market information and manage necessary reports for best efficiency in market trends and product allocation.
Coordinate with Country Manager and HR department to define team structure, coach and provide training.
Good skills of communication and negotiation
Team building, organize, data sense
5 to 10 years working experience in Sales area.
W / S Channel experience is important
Familiar with PC (Excel, Word, PPT)
