The opportunity arises for VIAVI to hire an experienced sales for our AvComm business in Taiwan ROC. Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for achieving / exceeding the business goals and sales quota in the assigned territory
Develop and implement the Taiwan AvComm business plan, promotion plan and improve customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain key accounts and customer relationships to effectively sale AvComm avionics and RTS solutions
Perform Avionics market analysis of the assigned territory and provide up to date data on market dynamics including potential opportunities, competitor activities and others for effective sales.
Develop and execute sales programs directly in cooperation with BU
Develop and manage an effective channel ecosystem to appropriate cover the AvComm vertical markets and territory to meet and exceed company sales objectives
Maintain and submit an accurate sales forest for the assigned territory using assigned tools such as a CRM.
Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote AvComm solutions
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics or Computer Engineeringor other avionics and communications technical training and experience is preferred
At least 6 8 years of Radio or Avionics market andapplication engineering experience; or other relevant industry experiencewithin Taiwan’s Avionics and Radio test market
Strong market and RF technology knowledge for the Radio and Avionicsindustry; including testing of Avionics Communications, Tetra, PMR, TDMA etc.
Key Account Management skills with the proven abilityto develop relationships and sell within Radio & Avionics OEMs, systems integrators, military and government end-users
Strong time and territory sales management skills
Experience with developing and managing distributionpartners
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Use of CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics) experience preferred
Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese language
Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with colleagues on cross-territory accounts, such as strategic and key accounts
Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally, especially with colleagues and distribution partners
