台北市Major AccountabilitiesPlay a key role to support strategizing, designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns to engage HCPs throughout experience journeyTranslate analytical and marketing data to insight that tests and develops into opportunitiesProactive exploring, testing and recommendations for integrated campaign performance improvementSupport the development and implementation of integrated agile content strategy and data-

driven decisioning capability related to ICE MCBM and MDE (Merck Digital Engagement)Answer complex business questions about the health of the company’s customer base by applying structured problem solving and performing technical analyses.

Plan and perform analytical approaches to inform the development, execution and measurement of targeted customer engagements and experience journey strategies as well as other customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.

Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and key company regional / global colleagues.Create compelling presentations and visualizations to enhance decision making capabilities throughout the company.

Train business users on novel analytical approaches.Qualifications RequirementsB.S. or M.B.A (preferred) with technical background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Economics.

Solid business and technical skills, with at least 5+ years of experience in Marketing / MIS / Finance related fields emphasizing data-

driven design of targeted customer programs.Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire.

Ability to communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-

technical audiences.Good command of English skills both in speaking and writing.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
