Position Purpose

Key role of SI Analyst is responsible for consumer, brand research projects and analyses and play as a trusted business advisor to support the organization to identify business opportunities, shape brand, trade and portfolio strategies with solid consumer insights and actionable recommendations.


  • Plan and execute consumer, trade, portfolio research projects to address business questions. Manage and handle the process from cross-function pre-alignment, working with external agency, questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, and executive summary preparation.
  • Deliver periodic brand performance reports in high quality. Connect the dots to uncover business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Handle the analysis requested from management team or key stakeholders and provide relevant and valuable recommendations from SI point of view.
  • Work collectively with cross-functional teams and support the organization to shape business strategies with solid integrated insights.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • University graduate or above. Major in business management, social science, psychology, economics is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in market research, consumer insights or an equivalent field is a plus.
  • Skills, Competencies & Languages

  • Fluency in English speaking and writing is required.
  • Good presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint and good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical thinking.
  • Creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
