Key role of SI Analyst is responsible for consumer, brand research projects and analyses and play as a trusted business advisor to support the organization to identify business opportunities, shape brand, trade and portfolio strategies with solid consumer insights and actionable recommendations.
Plan and execute consumer, trade, portfolio research projects to address business questions. Manage and handle the process from cross-function pre-alignment, working with external agency, questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, and executive summary preparation.
Deliver periodic brand performance reports in high quality. Connect the dots to uncover business opportunities and potential threats.
Handle the analysis requested from management team or key stakeholders and provide relevant and valuable recommendations from SI point of view.
Work collectively with cross-functional teams and support the organization to shape business strategies with solid integrated insights.
Qualifications & Experience
University graduate or above. Major in business management, social science, psychology, economics is a plus but not required.
Experience in market research, consumer insights or an equivalent field is a plus.
Skills, Competencies & Languages
Fluency in English speaking and writing is required.
Good presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint and good working knowledge of Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
