  • Project management for local and regional projects
  • Familiar with the technology professional knowledge required for the job, understanding of the company's policy and procedures and company rules.
  • Problem resolver to address issues which impact project quality, timeline and cost.
  • Provide initial suctioning for business initiatives and work with regional teams to finalize the detailed approach.
  • Manage UAT plan / execution to ensure the quality of implementation within strict timeline
  • First-line production support.
  • Qualifications

  • At least 5 year Project Management / Business Analyst experiences on banking applications or Call Center environment.
  • Mainframe or Midrange experience.
  • Enterprise automation know-how and experience.
  • Familiar with Bank & Cards products & process
  • With cross department communication and coordination capabilities
  • Strong knowledge on Wealth and Retail banking products / processes
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
  • Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility and team working.
