1. Assist marketing manager to implement strategic annual brand & trade marketing plan and new product development for achieving marketing goals with consumer understanding and KPI for checking
2. Assist marketing manager to manage A&P budget and monthly expense to achieve budget control objectives
3. Build the practice as mutual communication, powerfully influencing cross-functional team (including sales, finance, supply chain and consumer service) and external agencies (ex : Nielsen, advertising, digital) to achieve business results.
4. Handle consumer complaints and need to feedback to consumers while get the further connection with related plants
5. Good logic for sales data analysis, competition information collection
6. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
7. Solid marketing / trade marketing fundamental, passion on job and willing to take challenge
