General Responsibilities

1.Deliver new digital business by bringing new clients on regional and local level to DKSH

2.Build relationships and pitch our digital services to FMCG and Consumer Health companies and convince them to grant DKSH the right to manage their eCommerce business

3.Collaborate and support Online Sales & Marketing Managers (MOSM) and Offline Business Development colleagues with their digital and omni-

channel business development projects

4.Educate and train offline Business Development colleagues on digital service offering to ensure that they can start selling the services themselves

5.Enhance existing Business Development materials (pitch deck, market insights, opportunity tracker, deal and costing model etc.

for existing and upcoming digital services

6.Perform ongoing market research to keep updated of latest trends and developments across North Asia

7.Ad-hoc support on any digital related topics within corresponding region and support country digital initiative

Functional Skills and Knowledge

1.Excellent selling, presentation and negotiation skills

2.Good knowledge of the e-commerce services business

3.Good project management skills

4.Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel / PowerPoint)

5.Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

6.Strong selling, presentation and communication skills

7.Solid negotiation skills

Other Requirement :

A minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of eCommerce, Consulting, FMCG, Consumer Health within an Asian context
