The Client Solutions Manager focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier advertisers.
This team collaborates with media agencies, internal sales and cross functional teams to build Facebook’s advertising business through helping clients reach their consumers.
This position works with key gaming clients in Greater China, and is based in our Singapore office.
Work directly with key clients as a Facebook advertising expert
Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Facebook advertising products and methodologies
Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns, with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment
Clearly, succinctly communicate solutions for marketing goals in the form of recommendations around FB advertising products
Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures
Use research and insights that will : 1.Help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines
2.Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns
At least 5 years of experience in an account management and / or data analysis role
Ability to take initiative and lead where necessary
Ability to spot trends / patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner
Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks
Be a strong communicator to both internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of Facebook's vision and advertising proposition
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel is required
Strong experience inspiring action through data driven insights
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus
Strong SQL experience is a plus
Gaming industry experience is a plus
