Participant in new product development phases of new generation Intel (orAMD) server product development
Manage Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) of server productsand its sub-cards development as well as the PCB stack-up for in-housedevelopment projects
Provide detailed SI and PI rules for cutting edge PCB design (e.g., layoutdesign for high speed signals and connectors, SI / PI analysis and design tomeet electrical requirements, electrical assurance and validation for hi-speedsignals, build up design and test capability including design guidance and labsetup, etc.)
Technical support and review with ODM partners on SI / PI for outsourcingprojects
Drive resolution of SI / PI challenges in collaboration with hardware EEdesign engineers and DCDC power engineers
Work with PCB procurement, quality engineer and other simulation team in WWdevelopment lab to survey PCB material for next generation of technology
Position Requirements :
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent ComputerEngineering
7+ years of experience in high speed signal design, implementing a productdevelopment process for mass production design, with a focus on signalintegrity, power integrity and electromagnetic interference (EMI)
Knowledge of PCB material characteristic and cost info
Experience with industry SI / PI simulation tool : Cadence Sigrity 2017
Experience on TDR, VNA and real-time scope
Experience working with Intel / AMD server mainboard and small cardelectrical design
Fluent English ability on reading / writing and verbal communication
