As a Product Compliance Program Manager, you will partner with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the PDM functions scale to meet Google’s requirements.

Google uses Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and the PDM team is responsible for managing the parts in Agile PLM and the processes surrounding the part number creation, BOM release, and change management.
Agile PLM manages part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), and product change requests and change orders. We also use Agile PLM to gather all of our products compliance information.
The PDM team creates standards related to specification requirements, lifecycle phases, bill of material (BOM) structures, part number attribution, and product documentation.
The output of the product development process is the documentation provided to supply chain functions, Engineering, and suppliers.
