Consumer Insight/CRM Manager

A global retail brand is looking for Consumer Insight / CRM Manager to help the group develop strategic insights via Consumer Insights, CRM and supporting the corporate and brand marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute consumer / shopper research projects, integrating consumer insights into ongoing brand and innovation projects
  • Develop a strong interface with the Leadership team to inject consumer / shopper insights in decision making processes
  • Develop and deploy insights into global and regional projects trying to leverage scale, aligning with other sub-regions
  • Align best proven practice with the global and regional organisation
  • Collaborate with regional team to bring best practices to your country
  • Define corporate CRM objectives and roadmap to deliver the Regional CRM strategies
  • Provide planning and liaison support between the regional CRM team and local brand team
  • Responsible for the affiliate’s CRM data / system including the management of a customer database, usage of the database tools by the business users and development of future CRM operation system
  • Work closely with Affiliate Corporate Online Manager to define data
  • Drive thought-leadership across the affiliates and up to the APAC regional and local Brand and Online teams in making optimal choices on where to play and how to win in digital and social marketing
  • Leverage scale (media buy, efficiency, network), build consistency (rules of engagement and KPIs) and digital knowledge and capability through below key directions
  • Key requirements

  • Minimum ten years experience
  • Five years or above experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetic industry or with regional exposure
  • Excellent communication skills
