Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic market analysis of the ATE consumables market. Identify and prioritize the segments that present the best opportunity for DIS and develop the strategic means to capture them.

Identify specific opportunities for product line growth. Design initiatives to capitalize on them.

Provide clear direction and definition of market and customer requirements to DIS Design, Operations, and Technology development.

Work with them to define initiative objectives that fulfill the requirements and see them through to completion.

Lead the revenue and margin goal-setting process in cooperation with the global account teams (Sales and DIS Field managers).

Develop quantitative and qualitative sales tools that clearly communicate the capabilities and differentiation of the DIS product and service offerings.

Engage in face-to-face meetings and trainings as needed to ensure success in all activities.

Prepare materials for quarterly executive reviews.

Build strong relationships with SemiTest product marketing, Sales, and DIS Field teams.

Give Management effective KPIs to report on market growth and sales performance.

Learn about our Test / Instrument Products and the different markets they serve.

Understand account and business environment to provide the best guidance and support.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

8 years+ of experience in a field relevant to the skills required below.

Strong quantitative skills. Ability to discern meaning from complex business models.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formulas, etc.).

Strong MS PowerPoint skills (creating streamlined and visually appealing customer-ready presentations).

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing a plus, but not required.

A Problem Solver with a positive attitude.

Program / Project management.

This is a global function and will require regular night-time conference calls and 15-20% travel (Korea and China) for successful execution.
