Job Description :
Circles.Life is looking for an Operations Specialist - MNP / Lifecycle who is meticulous, strategic and has a passion for customer service and satisfaction.
He / she will be based in our Taipei office.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include but not limited to :
Improve and simplify the customer onboarding process
Monitor customer lifecycle like activation, suspension and termination
Monitor mobile number portability process and ensure that target success rate is met.
Work closely with the Customer Happiness Team and Telco Systems Engineering Team to provide ad-hoc support in responding to customer queries regarding customer lifecycle
Guide the Order Management Team to provide support to customers regarding mobile number portability failures
Working in a team to support the business to achieve operational targets
Internal reporting and KPI management
Telco back-end operations knowledge with a minimum experience of 2 years
High customer focus and ability to empathize with customer pains
Understanding of digital thought process
Potential and focus on process improvements in an agile way
Good problem solving skills with an eye for details
Good work ethics, punctuality and reliability are highly valued
Basic English skills (reading and speaking) is a must
